This medicine is known to excreted through breast milk in small amounts.

Prednisolone may decrease the effect of live or attenuated vaccines.

Prednisolone may increase the blood glucose levels and worsen the symptoms of diabetes.

Prednisolone is used with caution as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal disturbances like bleeding and abdominal distention.

Prednisolone may increase the water level in the body. Use with caution in the patients with the kidney injury and heart diseases.

Prednisolone is used with caution in the patients with liver injury. 

Prednisolone may decrease the bone density by decreasing the absorption of calcium
