Tadalafil is used to treat the symptoms of two conditions found in men: benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and erectile dysfunction (ED).
Tadalafil is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. In erectile dysfunction, it works by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. In benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), it helps relax the muscles in the prostate gland and the bladder to relieve urinary symptoms.

The use of this medicine should be avoided by nursing mothers.
Consumption of Tadalafil can cause a mild and short-lasting decrease in blood pressure.
This medicine should be used with caution if you are taking medicines for hypertension, heart disease etc.
This medicine should be used with caution in patients having a physical deformity of the penis.
This medicine should be used with caution if you have had a painful erection lasting for more than 4 hours.
This medicine may cause a sudden decrease in hearing capabilities along with clinging sound in the ears and dizziness.
This medicine may cause a sudden loss of vision in one or both the eyes.
This medicine should be used with caution in you have a condition of the heart and blood vessels.
The risk of side effects is increasingly high in smokers, elderly and people suffering from conditions of the heart, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels etc.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients aged below 18 years.
Use of this medicine has been associated with increased frequency and severity of convulsion and hence should be used with caution in patients suffering from epilepsy or any other seizure disorder.
Use of alcohol may cause a fall in blood pressure and associated symptoms like fainting, dizziness, excessive sweating etc.
This medicine should be used with caution in patients having an impairment of normal liver/kidney function.
Silodosin is used to treat men who have symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland, which is also known as benign enlargement of the prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH).
Silodosin is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily.

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with mild to moderate liver function impairment due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Use of this medicine increases the risk of intraoperative floppy iris syndrome.
Use of this medicine may cause symptoms such as blurred vision, dizziness, etc. in some patient.
