Ofloxacin 0.30 %

Oflokem is an ophthalmic/otic (eye/ear) drop that contains 0.30% Ofloxacin. It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is used to treat bacterial infections of the eyes and ears. Oflokem works by inhibiting the growth and killing the bacteria causing the infection. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as conjunctivitis (pink eye), otitis externa (outer ear infection), and other bacterial eye/ear infections. Oflokem provides effective relief and helps in reducing the symptoms of infection.

For ophthalmic use, shake well before use. Tilt your head back, pull down your lower eyelid, and apply 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye(s), usually every 4 to 6 hours or as directed by your doctor. For otic use, warm the ear drops by holding the container in your hands for a few minutes before instilling into the ear. Lie on your side or tilt your head and instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected ear.
