Nadifloxacin is a topical medication used for the treatment of acne vulgaris and skin infections caused by bacteria.
Nadifloxacin is an antibiotic. It works by stopping the action of a bacterial enzyme called DNA-gyrase. This prevents the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing them.

- Itching, redness or irritation at application site
- Increased sweating
- Skin blistering
This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary.
Use of this medicine may cause allergic reactions in some patients.
It is advised to perform a susceptibility testing prior to the use of this medicine to minimize the chance of developing resistant microorganisms.
This medicine is intended for use on the skin only. Avoid contact of the medicine with your eyes, mouth, or nose.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 14 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.
