Shake the bottle gently before each use. Blow your nose gently before using the spray. Remove the dust cap and prime the nasal spray by spraying it into the air away from your face until a fine mist appears. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, close the other nostril with a finger, and tilt your head forward slightly. Breathe in gently while squeezing the bottle to release the spray. Repeat the process for the other nostril. After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the dust cap.
