- Yellow colored eyes or skin
Avoid if you have a known allergy to Ceftazidime or Beta-lactam Antibiotics like penicillins and cephalosporins.
Usage of Ceftazidime without sufficient proof or suspicion of a bacterial infection should be avoided.
Avoid if you experience severe diarrhea after receiving Ceftazidime.
Use with caution if you have a preexisting kidney disease.
Ceftazidime may increase the risk of serious adverse effects like encephalopathy, seizures, and nonconvulsive status epilepticus.
