• Gastrointestinal Bleeding
• Difficulty in breathing
• Skin rash
• Increase in white blood cell count
• Drowsiness
• Swelling of the eyes, ears, and inside of nose
• Fever with chills
• Headache
• Numbness of the hands
• Sleeplessness
• Changes in blood pressure
• Increased heartbeat
• Unusual tiredness and weakness

This medicine is not recommended for use by pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Report the instance of any disease of the heart and blood vessels, brain, thyroid glands, gastrointestinal tract etc. before receiving this medicine. 

This medicine is known to interact with a large number of other medicines.

This medicine tends to be less effective if you smoke or consume tobacco products.

Consumption of caffeine while taking this medicine may cause certain side effects to appear. 

This medicine should be used with caution in the elderly as the risk of adverse effects are significantly higher.
